This is a varied, busy and challenging role, where you can thrive in a dynamic environment. Our host organisation is currently seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic individual who is looking for a head start in their career by commencing a Certificate III business traineeship. You will be a key member of the administration team.

Key duties will include:
  • Reception relief
  • Data entry
  • Filing, scanning, photocopying, archiving
  • Ad-hoc support for the marketing and IT departments
  • Customer service.
Key selection criteria:
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Customer service experience desirable
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and flexibility
  • Ability to handle enquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Attention to detail.
Eligibility criteria:
  • Not completed any qualification above a Certificate II
  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months.
