Our host organisation is currently seeking a self motivated, enthusiastic individual who is looking for a head start in their own career by commencing a Certificate 3 Business Traineeship. The ideal candidate will have an interest in the workings of a high quality professional services organisation. You will be the face of the organisation and become a key member of the administration team.
Key Duties will include:
· Supervising reception, taking/transferring of messages;
· Client liaison;
· Data Entry;
· Filing, Scanning, Photocopying, Archiving etc;
· Ad-hoc administration support to all teams across the organisation;
Key Selection Criteria:
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
· Strong interpersonal skills;
· Customer Service experience desirable;
· Ability to work with a sense of urgency and flexibility;
· Ability to handle enquiries with sensitivity and confidentiality;
· Attention to detail.
Eligibility Criteria:
· NOT completed any qualification above a Certificate II;
· Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or a New Zealand Citizen that has resided in Australia for more than 6 months. |
