This role is working with one of the big 4 banks located on the city fringe. They are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with proven experience working with remediation projects, for an expected period of 3-6 months full time. The aim of this project is to implement business processes and technology changes to assist with addressing root causes of fee issues and audit requirements with various commercial products and systems, whilst remediating impacted customers. The focus of this position will be to assist with planning for the rollout of new system changes and documenting the processes. In addition to this, you will be working with the project team and stakeholders to implement activities and manage change requests. To be successful in this role it is essential you have strong technical and analytical skills accompanied by equally strong communication and people skills. This is a highly visible role within the organisation and you will be engaging with people across all levels of the business from team leaders to the executive leadership team. You must have initiative, the ability to think on your feet, an independent work style and the desire to succeed. You will have extensive experience in a similar role and you will have advanced MS Excel skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
