This fast growing credit union needs your financial planning skills. As the sole financial planner you will have the freedom to advise and build your clients as you feel is best for yourself and the business. Using your proven sales ability you will offer the complete suite of financial planning advice to your clients from super, TPD, risk, investments and other financial planning products. You will have access to all referrals generated by the mobile and branch bankers.

The bonus structure is one of the best in the business. The bonus starts at 2.35 times salary; however, every single dollar counts e.g. all Superannuation contributions, insurance premiums etc, leaving you to make fantastic money. Once you reach the target the bonus is staggered from 30% upwards. The remuneration also includes a very competitive base salary of up to $85K.

You must have the desire to train your referral partners whilst developing referrals from your existing clients. This is a fee for service financial planner role that will keep you busy as you generate fees. A complete paraplanning team will support all of your business activities, leaving you free to make great bonuses.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• ADFP accreditation (or at least completed modules 5 & 6)
• At least 1-3 years experience as a successful Financial Planner
• A very strong focus on sales success
• A positive attitude to offering advice to clients
• The ability to work independently - ideally in a smaller bank environment or in a boutique
• Experience in training referral partners and creating referrals from your clients
