As the organisation grows internationally, the North Sydney Claims department are looking for experienced Claims Assessors to join their focused and diverse team. 

You will be an integral member of the team, managing lenders mortgage insurance claims of varying value.  Using your excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships over the phone and in person with claimants and various stakeholders on a daily basis.

Your exposure to mortgages and credit analysis will be put to good use as you focus on technical financial data and make sound decisions within your authority. You will manage your own extensive portfolio of claims and will be involved in the decision making process throughout the life of a claim to settlement.

You need to have demonstrated claims experience within the domestic mortgage industry, coupled with credit analysis experience and negotiation skills. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a mortgage professional to utilise and develop their experience within the lenders mortgage insurance industry.

This twelve month contract offers a salary package of $65K + Super.

You will have the opportunity to make your mark in a cohesive team, reporting directly to the Claims Manager.  For candidates that demonstrate the right work ethic and attributes there is a strong possibility of contract extension or becoming permanent at the end of your contract.
