Our client is seeking a Customer Service Officer who is available to work in their Sale office. Our client is a household name for most, the basis of their sound and respected reputation is a set of values enabling a happy and progressive work environment for employees.

As a Customer Service Officer you will deliver a range of administrative services in a high level customer service environment in accordance with standards set by the organisation. Your day to day tasks will revolve around general counter duties which include;

• Processing of various vehicle Registration & Licensing transactions
• General Customer Inquiries
• Issuing and testing for learner driver permits
• Cashiering - cash handling
• Data entry - updating relevant customer transactions to the database
• Inspection of vehicles and vessels for compliance with current rules and regulations in order to permit the registration of the vehicle or vessel for use on Victorian roads
