A leading financial institution is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Business Process Consultant. The successful candidate will be able to consult to the business, optimise solutions and translate theory into practice.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:-

• Implementation and design of new and reengineered processes which support our client's strategy and fuel continuous improvement
• In partnership with the business, you will need to analyse, monitor and control processes
• Management of process risks is essential in order to prevent non-compliance issues from occurring
• Building and developing strong working relationships with client groups and key stakeholders
• Creating synergy amongst business capabilities, tools and resources whilst improving the business

This is a golden opportunity; paying one of the highest rates in the industry. The successful candidate will:-

• Need to demonstrate experience in process improvement whilst utilising process management concepts and insights
• Have had experience with applying Lean tools (such as Kaizen, 5Setc) to deliver tangible process improvement
• Possess a minimum of 5 years experience with LEAN. Ideally some exposure to LEAN principles within the financial sector.
• Be well versed with Six Sigma principles (DMAIC etc.- SIX SIGMA black belts will be looked upon favourably)
• Be well acquainted with change management principles
• Demonstrate project management skills
• Need to demonstrate stability in their work history
