Reporting to the General Manager this position will be accountable for rollingstock maintenance, client relationships with a high profile company, business performance, continuous improvement and leadership across multiple locations associated with our long standing alliance partner.

Operating at the strategic level whilst leading and managing a diverse team. You will be responsible and accountable for overseeing the management of Health, Safety Environment (HSE) and Rail Safety Management Systems within the operations whilst working with the team to further drive our H&S commitment. You will also work with the finance team to oversee the financial management of your facilities in order to meet the goals and objectives of the partnership.

You will further strengthen our relationship with our client by leading and supporting multiple rail maintenance facilities reporting to this position to achieve best practice and outcomes to ensure our client achieve their business objectives.
