Our client provides security solutions and systems principally through trace detection and identification equipment and through X-ray systems; protecting buildings and transport systems; screening everything from a ticket to a truck.
Our client is now seeking a Team Leader to manage a small team located in Perth Western Australia. Full Product training will be provided to the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the performance of the Western region service operation.
- Supervise service staff located in the Western region.
- Plan and implement all scheduled servicing of customer equipment.
- Plan and maintain the spare parts inventory requirements for the Western region.
- Maintenance of technical skills and development of technical knowledge relevant to your profession.
- Maintenance of appropriate technical licences and security passes.
- Conduct of basic internal product training with peer as required.
- Provision of basic safety and operator training on completion of any installation or new works.
- Completion of works documentation and entering into service system database.
- All incidental duties consistent with the Employee's background, training & qualifications, reasonably delegated to the Employee.
Candidates must be prepared to and able to:
- Work shifts;
- Work independently without direct supervision
- Travel within WA, Interstate and potentially within Asia Pacific to conduct servicing
- Possess (or obtain) and maintain a Restricted Electrical License
- Obtain and maintain a WA Security Licence
- Obtain and maintain a WA Radiation Licence
- Obtain and maintain an Australian Construction White card
- Obtain and maintain a WA Radiation Licence
Ideally you will have:
- Previous supervisory training and/or experience
- Sound working knowledge of SAP and of OH&S regulations.
- Strong trade background in electronics
- Extensive exp in maintenance, fault-finding, trouble shooting, defect rectification.
