We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator for a permanent position based in the Newcastle region. This newly created position is designed to manage all minor contracts associated with maintenance works. The role requires a self-motivated individual with experience in tendering and negotiating site services contracts. Duties include but are not limited to: - Preparation and management of various tender documents
- Contract negotiation
- Ongoing review of contracts
- Maintaining accurate information in the database
- Liaising with contractors
Successful applicants are likely to have technical experience within the resources sector, ideally with qualifications in a relevant discipline. Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP, with work experience including commercial analysis, negotiation and contracts management is essential.
