Fone Zone store Midland Gate WA is a major Telstra retailer specialising in mobile phones, internet, landline and accessories. We are currently looking for a part time sales hungry team member to be a part of our retail team. 20 to 30 hrs per week to be available across a 7 day roster. Your role will include meeting and greeting customers and assist in selecting products, services and accessories to suit their needs. You will also be required to attend to all customers billing enquiries, faulty hand sets and all other complaints that may arise. In this role we require you to have the following skills, experience and personal attributes. - Be at least 18 years of age, able to legally execute a contract
- Previous experience in a retail sales role.
- Professional, friendly and customer focussed.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Motivated in relation to setting and achieving goals
- Computer skills, problem solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to take direction and follow procedures.
