Are you an experienced manager capable of motivating a team, delegating responsibilities and following up on tasks at the end of the day? Are you able to keep your cool in a pressurised situation and have a track record for proven results? This role requires a highly organised individual to manage our Cafe. The Cafe opens in February and we are looking for that dynamic leader to join us. On any given day you will be training staff, rostering, purchasing stock, ensuring responsible service of alcohol, liaising between staff and customers, implementing and maintaining a current knowledge of OH&S standards/ responsibilities, ensuring service runs smoothly and that any complaints are handled with professionalism and care. This is a role with a lot of responsibilities and you will be rewarded with a generous salary of $55,000 plus.
