Our client is a successful small / medium sized catering company. They provide a range of catering solutions; this ranges from small intimate functions of 10 PAX all the way through to functions up to 300.
Your hours will vary depending upon what functions are coming up. If you have a busy week one week, you will be compensated with time off the following week.
Whilst you are the Head Chef and accountable for menu design, ordering and kitchen financials; this still is a hands on role.
It is ideal that you have experience with the following:
Catering and Functions
Designed and costed menus
Supplier sourcing and negotiation
Utilising seasonal produce
