Roving Concierge Crown Hotels & Retail PT3 12 month secondment There is no place like Crown As a Crown employee, you are a key part of Australia's tourism and entertainment industry. Be the Face of Crown and have a direct impact on our customers experience in this newly created face-to-face Customer Service role. The Roving Concierge is responsible for providing information and recommendations to our guest on Crown events, activities, services, directions and bookings as requested. They will deliver maximum guest satisfaction whilst maintaining outstanding personal presentation and professionalism. What you need: - A minimum of 6 months experience in your current role
- Previous experience in a customer service/ concierge position
- Demonstrated experience in providing superior, proactive customer service
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with and appreciation of different cultures and diversity
- Strong knowledge of the entire Crown complex and the facilities and services we provide
- Fluency in a 2nd language is desirable but not essential
