We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Cafe Manager to join this growing business. With outlets popping up around suburban Melbourne; this business is on its way up. Reporting to the Director, you will be accountable for the stores total performance.

Managing a medium sized team, you will lead by example with your outstanding customer service skills whilst also ensuring maximum profitability. This Cafe also has a strong retail section that consists of delicious pastries and cakes for dine in or take away purchases.

To be considered for this role you will:

Have Management or Supervisory Experience in a Cafe

Thrive in a customer service environment

Have ordering experience and understand COG's

Be able to write rosters

Have strong communication skills

Be well presented

Be able to collate reports
