Our newly renovated Bentley Hotel in is seeking a Head Chef to join their team. The position involves full responsibility for all aspects of managing a large food operation and we seek an individual with a dynamic and fresh approach to food preparation and service.
The Successful applicant will:
- Be trade qualified with team leadership experience as Head Chef or Sous Chef in a large operation
- Have a passion for food
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Maintain a Safe Food Handling Environment
- Have demonstrated experience in managing stock control and margins
- Manage a diverse team to success
Additionally the successful candidate will be required to work as part of the hotel management team and to possess good communication skills.
