Moo Gourmet Burgers in Manly is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic restaurant manager to join their close knit and friendly team.

Moo Gourmet Burgers is a family friendly establishment that serves up retro milk bars classics with a gourmet Aussie edge.

We require a strong customer focused restaurant manager with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be responsible for the operational day-to-day running of the restaurant, whilst mentoring and coordinating a team. Your role will be hands on' with a strong focus on inspiring your team, presenting and maintaining high standards. 

The successful applicant will possess the following experience and traits:

• Previous leadership or management experience in a similar environment.
• A positive, motivating and confident approach in leading a team and the ability to manage and train.
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve and use initiative in situations under pressure.  
• Be well presented and knowledgeable about our industry.

A strong passion and dedication for the hospitality industry is essential. You must also have an RSA certificate. A cover letter must also be provided to apply.
