Join this large iconic employer at a time of exciting change, to provide critical HR support and advice across a number of Corporate groups. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Leadership teams of each of the groups. You will coach, advise and support to ensure alignment of HR initiatives. You will provide guidance on change management, performance management, recruitment, employee development, organisational design, talent management and succession planning. As the successful candidate, you will be commercially focused and relationship oriented. You will have the ability to manage multiple issues, initiatives and stakeholders. You will be passionate about working with the business on all aspects of managing talent, building people capability, creating engagement and driving organisation effectiveness. You will be tertiary qualified, have HR management experience across all aspects of HR, and preferably have operated within a fast paced corporate retail environment. Interested?
