Your new role:

360 degree recruitment, perm and contract placements
Building and further developing new and existing client relationships
Strategic candidate attraction focus
Industry focus and networking
Negotiation with both candidates and clients to achieve positive outcomes

About you:

Currently working in a 360 recruitment role, ideally with at least 5 years experience in your chosen field
Strong business development focus, with an appreciation the importance part networking plays in your success
Passionate about the market in which you work
Able to work autonomously and be accountable for your results
Demonstrated ability to innovate
Drive and tenacity to succeed in a highly competitive market
