ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior JDE Developer you will be responsible for leading, mentoring and coaching a team of 5 JDE Developers within this large project upgrade.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading construction, mining and service contractor.
You will undertake the following responsibility: - Ability to lead and manage a technical team
- Undertake the development of a JD Edwards ERP System and associated technologies
- You will be accountable for improving processes and systems, project management and driving a cultural of continual improvement
To be successful in this role you will possess the following: - Excellent communication and negotiating skills
- Relevant tertiary or equivalent studies in ICT
- Planning, problem solving and resourcing skills
- Proven experience in JDE application, design, development, integration, testing and deployment
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a Senior Applications Development role
- Exposure to SOA, Web Centre or Oracle technologies (desirable)
