Your primary responsibility in this role is to partner with the business and clients in providing strategic and insightful business analysis and solutions recommendations. Primarily, your role will be to contribute to substantial business improvement and technology solution projects aimed at brokering solutions for business and project objectives.

Selection Criteria:

• Analyse business and user needs and translate those needs and requirements into well-defined system requirement specifications using techniques such as UML & Use Case.
• Ensuring that the recommended solution is both commercial and competitive.
• Understanding both technical designs and specifications
• Analyzing and documenting the required data and information
• Evaluating information harvested through surveys and workshops, task analysis, and business process description
• Having strong technical skills, business intelligence, and a full understanding of the needs of the customer.
• Being able to effectively communicate with external clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Being an interface between technology teams, support teams, and business units.

As a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive FMCG Industry experience, you will be Degree qualified, have a keen eye for detail and exceptional communications skills.
