We are seeking a very professional experienced Blackberry Support Analyst with proven corporate experience to represent the organisation in a face to face Support role to a high profile client. This full time 6 month contract requires no out of hours or over time support

 

 

 

Responsibilities will include;

  • Resolve 2nd level generalist operational issues to a high standard and within service level targets.
  • Undertake monitoring activities and ensure routine administrative tasks are completed and issues are escalated as required.
  • Assist with planning, preparation and implementation of technical activities.
  • Maintain accurate resolution history and incident information
  • Provide input into operational reporting requirements as required for service performance measurement.
  • Participate in the principles of continuous improvement and contribute to the development of technical and process documents.
  • Perform duties and preventative maintenance to ensure that services provided maintain high levels of availability, performance, security and efficiency.
  • Perform operational and project activities within ITIL based service management guidelines and security policies and standards.
  • Pro-actively participate and perform duties within a rostered arrangement
  • Pro-actively participate in assigned roles
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment with a strong customer focus.

 

You will have;

  • Experience providing quality second level Blackberry support.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and to manage tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to write process and user guides customer focussed documents, user guides and web based.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and written skills, with demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
  • Experience in large enterprise IT operational environments with a focus on best practice operations supported by a framework such as ITIL.
