This is a newly created role for the development of a fresh Solutions Delivery Team to cover and expand on projects on the go for 2012! The successful candidate will have led roadmap, blueprinting, design workshops as well as proven hands-on experience in the SAP HR modules.
Our client is seeking Senior SAP HR consultants/ Solutions Architect within each of these 3 specific SAP areas of expertise roles:

Significant opportunities exist to join our client as a permanent employee (may consider contractor) with the position of a Senior SAP HR Consultant or Project Manager. The current project locations we are seeking would be based in Canberra, ACT.
Desired Skills & Experience:
-
Providing specialist professional consulting services and solutions to customer/business in designing, implementing and supporting SAP Must have solid Configuration Skills as a Functional Consultant.

4-6+ years of experience in business management, IT, systems integration consulting or design
-
More than 8 years SAP project implementation experience principally with SAP HR in their specific area of expertise
-
4+ engagements with implementations in SAP HCM in their specific area of expertise.

Working knowledge of SAP HCM master data in order to evaluate and analyse the impact of configuration or process changes across other HR and SAP modules
-
A plus if you have experience with SAP's OM, PA, PM, TM, ESS, MSS, Compensation Mgmt. and EH&S Modules within SAP HR

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Have projects experience and market knowledge in Government projects (ACT would be favourable)
