Worldwide leader in technology seeks an experienced Network Specialist to join there growing team. Initially a 12+ month contract to join this global team based in North West Sydney with view to extend.
You will be working within a business unit that is responsible for ensuring Security and Business controls are in place for networking equipment within this Co. and its customer environments. WAN/ LAN, Firewall implementation and support, problem determination, resolution and project implementation work. This position is part of the Network Services Delivery Group and is responsible for all delivery, network and security assessment certification and compliance.
Required Skills
- Checkpoint firewall, Juniper SRX firewall experience, Netscreen, F5 Loadbalancing
- Vendor and third party supplier liaison skills.
- Team relationship skills.
- Customer relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
- Involvement in the implementation, improvement, maintenance of an operational network;
