The primary focus of these roles is to manage the delivery of portfolio of projects and work packages for my client’s credit and fraud program of work. You will be responsible for establishing and aligning project deliverables within the program of work and reporting on the various commitments. The roles other responsibilities can include: - Monitoring project milestones/deliverables and evaluating overall project health check throughout its life cycle.
- Identifying and resolving project issues and conflicts within the project team and with external vendors.
- Identifying and managing project risks as per the Risk Management processes.
- Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Drafting and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Developing and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
The successful candidates will need to have: - Solid Project Management experience and the ability to understand business objectives
- Sound project management knowledge and ability to time manage deliverables.
- Ability to work well with business and technical teams including project managers, solution designers and delivery partners to
- Ensure prompt delivery according to agreed requirements within agreed timeframes.
- Ability to create & maintain a high performance virtual team on a project
- Experience working on any Telco Products Credit & Fraud projects would give you an advantage
- Exposure to EPM and SAP Integral would give you an edge
- Strong knowledge and exposure to Waterfall SDLC and Agile Methodology
