A key influencing position within the APAC region, you will be charged with driving process improvements, documenting processes, leading a team of Project Managers and accountable for reducing the number of delivery days.
Main duties to include not limited to:
- Monitoring deployments (liaise with Asia, ANZ, India, China, Japan) to identify inefficiencies and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure they are meeting customer expectations
- Analysing processes and procedures
- Constraint management, identifying process improvements
- Coaching and mentoring
- Lead or act as business process owner in key operations improvement projects
- Identify and drive business process changes; business systems improvements in partnership with cross functional/virtual teams for end-to-end process and organisation efficiencies & effectiveness
- Identify; capture and monitor appropriate business operational metrics to ensure business objectives are met
Key Requirements:
- Solid data reconciliation and networking data experience is essential
- Proven experience managing teams
- 8 to 10 years hands-on process reengineering and project management experience
- Demonstrated track record of project delivery; managing complex change initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to effectively facilitate and communicate through influence and negotiation at all levels of the organization
- Strong team player with ability to lead cross functional work groups
The successful candidate will be a strong leader with extensive experience of influencing at all levels.
You must possess strong business acumen, be incredibly driven and be able to understand the 'big picture'.
