- 6 months renewable contract!

Specific responsibilities include: - Maintaining Program Scope documents (Detailed and Summary)
- Maintaining Program Schedules
- Maintaining key Logs: Actions, Risks, Issues, Scope Changes, Dependencies
- Maintaining the Program Budget and Spend (Forecast, Actuals), and reporting status.
- Program (and Project, if required) Status reporting
Key skills: - Minimum of 3-5 years experience to perform Program Administration duties in support of the Program Management Office team, including:
- Solid experience in program/project coordination, project financials (financial systems, using SAP) and operation duties.
- Strong problems solving skills and understanding in program operations
- Experience in processes, stakeholder engagements and working independently
