Service Desk Analyst

Our client, a large Government Department, requires a technical support professional to join their team.

Involving inbound call management, level 1 troubleshooting for basic hardware, software and network issues this role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in phone support.

To be considered for this role you will have some experience supporting in a Busy call centre environment.

Ideally you will have experience in Active Directory environment, receiving inbound calls and providing timely issue management/resolution.

In addition the ideal candidate will to have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in working to SLA's
  • Current NSW Drivers License
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Accurate typing abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in MS Office, Windows and Active Directory
  • Experience supporting Groupwise/Novell VERY desirable

It is also very important that you have the ability to work well within a team and follow directions and procedures.
