The Role

• A client facing role working across multiple sites
• Your weekly duties will include Desktop Support
• Project work will include working on a new SOE rollous, imaging, backup and testing.
• Each customer has a very commercial environment where you will have to communicate in a rapport building way to non IT staff

Experience:

• Relevant territory Technology Qualification
• Experience in a working environment using BackupExec, Exchange, Microsoft, and Windows 7
• A minimum of 3 years experience within IT and 1 years in a Desktop Support position
• Any additional certifications will be highly regarded
• Customer facing experience is essential
• If you have your own car that is a bonus
