Responsibilities include:

Underwriting renewals and endorsements using an online quotation system as well as manually
-
Managing a high volume SME commercial portfolio

Maintaining a high client retention rate

Providing exceptional service to brokers and clients
-
Liaising with internal departments to ensure best outcome
You will have:
-
Minimum of 2 years insurance experience in an underwriting role, broking experience will also be considered

Strong relationship management skills
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Outgoing and confident personality
-
Experience with Sunrise will be highly regarded
