Due to growth, there is currently 2 newly created case manager positions available for the right customer focused Workers Compensation professional
With a unique client base and outcome focused claims process, this portfolio will see you managing a variety of injury and psych claims from lodgement to settlement for your assigned clients. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong business relationship with your clients as well as provide efficient and positive return to work solutions.
You will have access to a broad resource system including onsite doctors, affiliated rehabilitation providers and experienced senior staff for technical advice and development
The successful candidate wouldbe anexperienced case manager within Workers Compensation, you will have sound knowledge of the Act and have proven successes with return to work plans and closed claims. Ideally you will have an allied health or self insured background however not compulsory. Front to tail management would also be highly regarded
