You will require the following:

• Sound knowledge of the Insurance industry
• Previous experience or exposure in the workers compensation area, public liability, or personal injury claims.
• At least 2 years experience in claims handling.
• Ability to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
• Contribute to the team, engaging with others about work related issues and on a social basis
• Work in a sometimes pressured but busy environment
• Have strong relationship building skills with customers, clients and fellow colleagues.

You will be required to report to the Team Leader regularly on case related matters. You will have to be able to build rapport and trust with clients, discussing sensitive information and communicating constantly.
