As a Mystery Surveyor, you will be responsible for evaluating and making detailed observations of your experience when approached by our Street Fundraisers. You will be assessing how well they adhere to the code of practice, their professional demeanor and effectiveness as charity fundraisers.
Your feedback will enable us to monitor, assess performance and further develop our Fundraisers to ensure we maintain our reputation as the best agency in the market for our valued Not For Profit clients.


To be successful in this role, you will be reliable, self-motivated, like to work autonomously and take pride in your work. You must have excellent observations skills, outstanding memory, strong spelling &grammar and above all - attention to detail. The ability to travel to varying metropolitan locations and being able to manage your own schedule will be imperative to securing this type of work. You will be open minded, unbiased, be able to act neutral on controversial issues and be able to think quick on your feet.


Flexible hours: This role requires you to conduct up to 4 surveys per month. These assignments will be scheduled and you will be required to attend the expected location on the appointed day and time frame. Each survey will take approx. 20mins in the field and then a further 10minutes to complete the survey paperwork (this is outside of travel time to location)


Remuneration: $30 per assignment including travel expenses
