Our client is one of Australia's leading development consultancies, operating across the commercial, retail & industrial sectors. Well regarded for their expertise across project delivery, advisory & development management, they are now able to offer a fantastic opportunity for a high calibre junior project manager to join the team to work on some of Melbourne's most prolific commercial projects.

The key focus of the role will be to assist in the delivery of an existing pipeline of commercial office projects acting as the superintendent. To be considered for the position, you will have proven experience in the delivery of substantial projects either in the commercial or retail space from a delivery capacity. You will have had exposure to the design process, as well as a solid understanding of contract tendering, award and ongoing administration.

Critical to your success will be the ability to build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and other relevant stakeholders with solid influencing skills. The successful candidate will possess a degree qualification in property or construction, will hold a superior knowledge and interest in the property market, and an understanding of the trends and industry structure.
