Reporting to the NSW Leasing Manager you will be responsible for:

• Maximising value across your retail portfolio whilst sustaining a low vacancy rate
• Proactively sourcing opportunities
• Building relationships with landlords and key stakeholders
• Strategic planning and contributing to the development of the portfolio and brands
• Negotiating lease agreements and rent reviews.

This role would suit a leasing executive with landlord experience who is looking to develop their skills, retail knowledge and work for an impressive brand. The successful candidate will be an autonomous, self-starter with a demontrated track record.
