A rare opportunity to step into business development for a specialist Property Management organisation. Expanding their business development team, the role will be based in inner South Melbourne.

Involved in all aspects of the prospecting process generating your own leads and following up on referrals and other walk in enquiries, you will meet with prospective landlords, be involved in the marketing of the property to successfully lease it and then hand it over to a dedicated property manager to manage.

If you have the following experience you are invited to apply:
-Experience in property management or leasing with the confidence and experience to take yourself to the next level in Business Development.
- A successful Real Estate background, tired of the enormous hours you work, but still wanting to maintain a high income
- Or a solid background in telemarketing or sales from a different industry, with an Agents Representative Certificate and the passion and desire to succeed in your new chosen career.
