Our client is a highly successful real estate with a large rent roll and a strata management division that is growing. They offer a dynamic and friendly environment and a positive office culture. The role will combine both strata management and property management initially and will likely evolve into focusing on just strata management or property management as the strata management portfolio grows.

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Organising repairs & maintenance, generate quotes and tenders
• AGM’s
• Reply and action all correspondence
• Liaising with Landlords and Tenants
• Tribunal
• Inspections
• Chasing arrears
• Prepare budgets for Strata Schemes

In order to be considered for the role, you will need to display the following:

• Intimate knowledge and experience in both property management and strata management
• Knowledge of Strata Master
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
