Your busy, yet varied day will include but not be limited to:

• Recording & preparation of documents, agendas & minutes
• Managing enquiries, tenancy & landlord information
• Procuring of tradespeople and other third parties
• General ad-hoc assistance in the management of the portfolios

To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a Property Management or Strata environment
• Drive and determination to build a successful career within the industry
• Outstanding communication skills and immaculately presented
• Active Strata Certificate, driver s licence and vehicle
