Due to an internal restructure, an opportunity has become available for an experienced retail Operations Manager to join the organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Centre Manager and State Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day to day delivery of contracted services, whist driving a strong client focus and relationship management strategy across the portfolio of facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing maintenance, upgrades, fit outs and refurbishments
- Managing works teams and sub-contractors on site
- Issuing work Orders and ensuring OH&S compliance
- Consistent reporting to head office on progress of works and state of facilities
- Tendering and organising soft services contracts

To be successful in this position you will have previous facilities management experience within the retail industry, knowledge of essential building services and systems, extensive client services experience, strong negotiation, problems solving and conflict management skills and the ability to work within a fast paced environment.
