Our client has a large rent roll dealing with all types of properties. They are a leading Real Estate office always looking at ways to improve the way they do Business. As a result they have implemented advanced systems and procedures specifically set up for property managers.

The property management department requires a mature person with a can do attitude. The right person will want to learn and develop from the current team as well as bring their own ideas. Full training is provided according to the company systems and procedures to develop and advance your existing skills and experience gathered in the industry so far.

The current team is made up of numerous members who have been with the company for many years making this a great work environment to work in. The young and enthusiastic team along with an experienced and knowledgeable management team will ensure your success and future progression according to where you desire to be.

Your role will include but is not limited to:

• Communication with landlords

• Regular updates to the management team

• Maintaining the current rent roll will be your prime focus

Previous property management experience is preferred but not essential. However you will be seen more favourably if you have these extra qualities:

• A customer service focus

• Great computer skills

• A positive attitude and

• A great work ethic
