Property Manager - Richmond
Based in busy Richmond our client is a selective agency seeking an accomplished Property Manager to maintain a clean portfolio of 190 properties with full Administration & Leasing support. Working as part of a highly respected brand you will be part of a dedicated & social team that is dedicated to producing great results. This is an agency that prides themselves on their streamlined systems, friendly work environment & high level of customer service. They are seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least two years experience who gains great enjoyment from interacting with clients and has brilliant trouble shooting & organisation skills. Console experience would be beneficial.
As the Property Manager your role will include:
- Managing a portfolio in an end to end capacity
- Liaising with tenants/landlords
- Attending VCAT when required
- Organising repairs & maintenance
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
- An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
- Current Agents Representative Certificate, drivers license & reliable vehicle
Working 1 Saturday in 10 you will achieve the work life balance you seek and a competitive salary package neg to $65K+ for the right person.
