With leads constantly flowing in the door, this is a new role that has been created through growth and will provide the successful candidate with an unmatchable opportunity to build a self-created department as the portfolio builds momentum. Based in the central Eastern Suburbs, you will be provided with underground secure parking, an experienced Property Officer (who will manage company-lead based business development, leasing, ingoing inspections etc) and an Account team! So what do you do? - You will be responsible for managing a small, well maintained portfolio of 110 properties
- Carrying out periodic inspections
- Minimising rental arrears and undertaking rental reviews
- Attending CTTT where required
- Maintaining properties
