Sales Administration/Personal Assistant (PA) to Director
We are seeking an experienced Real Estate professional to support one of the Baysides most respected Directors. This is an exciting & varied role encompassing Sales Administration office based duties as well as Personal Assistant duties assisting the Director off site. This varied role will include: - Liaising with buyers & vendors
- Holding OFI's & private inspections
- Diary management
- Administration duties including typing emails & documents of behalf of the Director
- Liaising with contractors & solicitors
- Contract Administration
This is not a role for just anyone; the successful candidate will be the best of the best. Someone who takes great pride in their work & won't tolerate mediocrity! The ideal candidate will possess: - A current Agents Representative Certificate
- Extensive Real Estate experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Immaculate presentation
- Advanced computer skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- A strong passion for Real Estate
