Your keen interest in media and entertainment will see you well equipped to drive the strategic direction and financial performance of this site. From the creation of new initiatives, improvement of se vice efficiencies, and maximisation of retail supplier and consumer relationships, you will continue to develop the brand and drive growth and profitability.
To be successful in this role you will:
• Possess a minimum of three years management experience
• Thrive on providing excellent customer ser vice
• Have a strong focus on developing best practices
• Display excellent leadership skills with a zest for coaching, educating and developing a dynamic first-rate team
• Have sound business acumen, combined with demonstrated experience in recruitment, rostering, budgeting, events coordination and people development.
