Providing a shopping experience that is both consultative and unlike any other - has allowed by client to become a destination retailer and extends to their culture which is all about supporting and developing their team members.

Due to internal promotion, they are seeking an ASSISTANT MANAGER to join their CHERMSIDE and MOUNT OMMANEY boutiques.

The ideal applicant must demonstrate -

• a min of 2 years experience within retail assistant management
• a strong customer service focus
• merchandising flair
• a proven track record in working to sales targets and KPIs
• a genuine love for customer styling and creating a memorable experience
• ability to work as part of a team to lead others by example
• a genuine desire to grow into a store manager in the future
