• Store management experience in fashion
• Strong staff management skills with a focus on coaching and development
• Management experience with a team of at least 30 staff
• Very strong merchandising skills
• Understanding of KPIs and Finances
• A strong head for business and profitability
• A natural gift for leadership and motivating a team
• A strong sales drive and focus
• Experience in a high turnover fashion business
