We have a unique opportunity for an experience and drive individual to join the successful team in MACKAY as the Store Manager.

To be considered for this role you must demonstrate -

• A proven track record within retail fashion management
• The ability to drive a business from the front
• A strong sales ability - exceeding company expectations in relation to sales targets & KPI's
• The ability to lead, motivate and inspire your team
• A genuine love for the fashion industry
• Full business acumen including P&L management
• A high energy and desire to work within a fast, high volume location
• A keen eye for detail and a keen merchandising flair
