My client is a Well Known, Well Made & Well Branded Leader in the Mens Fashion arena, with National Presence and Fast Growing - they are looking to continue their dominance in growing their Management Team. This has lead to the creation of this exciting new Area Manager role managing 4 Stores (3 CBD Based and 1 Northern Beaches) they are looking for a Confident and Energetic Area Manager to join their team to Lead By Example and Set the Pace for the Store Managers and their Teams

POSITION & RESPONSIBILITIES - MENS FASHION

Your responsibilities will include the following;

• Managing, Mentoring and Training your Store Managers to drive their stores to achieve their KPI's
• Identifying new areas of sales opportunities through your Store Locations
• Driving your Team towards Store based KPI's, sales budgets, shrinkage budgets and wage budgets as well as being focused on increasing the units sold per transaction to ensure a complete outfit solution is offered and repeat business in ensured
• Merchandising new products as per Store Layouts
• Monitoring and driving budgets and sales targets
• Stock Management and the ability to Monitor Loss Prevention and Reduce Shrinkage
• Mentoring and motivating your teams - the ability to lead by example
• Developing strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
• Delivery of the highest levels of Customer Service

CANDIDATE - MENS FASHION


The successful applicant will ideally possess -

• Retail / Store / Branch based Sales Success
• Ideally experience with a Med-High Price Point Fashion product
• A personality that builds repore & strong leadership skills
• Strong retail / fashion management experience
• Experience in managing Multi Site Locations (ideally 3+) and Management teams
• The ability to be creative & think on your feet
• Confidence in your communication skills, high energy levels and the desire for a long term management career within the Mens Fashion Industry
• A team player and magnetic smile and a love of sales!
