Role Requirements:

• Experience in managing a specialty retail store or your own section in a larger formatt store
• Good grasp of stock management, as there is plenty to do.
• Proven track record of achieving results, in sales & KPIs
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service, go above an beyond for your customers
• Energy to be 'on the go' all day and drive sales and activity
• Positive attitude, strong communication and natural sales ability
