Would you like to join a friendly, supportive team handling import air freight? We are seeking suitable candidates who meet the below criteria.
Our client is a international freight forwarder who provides flexibility to their customers and it is their ability to adjust to their customers needs that makes them a successful company.
Your daily duties will consist of but not be limited to:
- Job registration
- Tracking airfreight consignments with the airlines
- sending pre alerts to customers
- Preparing documentation
- Invoicing customers
- Liasing with customers and updating them on shipment statuses
- Liasing with overseas offices and or agents
- Any other duties as set out by management
The successful candidate will possess the following key attributes:
- 1-4 years experience in a similar role with a freight forwarder based in Australia
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Positive attitude and a team player
